Job summary

Eşarj is seeking a dedicated team member for the Operations and Public Affairs group to manage end-to-end billing, invoice controls in SAP, and reconciliation activities. You will support revenue operations, SLA-driven requests, and data-driven decision making in a hybrid work environment.

The role requires strong Excel skills, experience with billing processes, and effective cross-team collaboration. English fluency is preferred, and experience in e-mobility is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end billing respecting regulations.
• Perform invoice controls in SAP and correct records.

• Produce periodic billing and revenue reports.
• Support forecasting and decision-making for billing processes.
• Analyze recurring errors and drive process improvements.

Job description

We are looking for a new team member to join our Operation and Public Affairs team at Eşarj!

What awaits you in this role

• Follow up end-to-end billing processes arising after charging transactions in compliance with Revenue Administration, EMRA, E-Invoice, and E-Archive regulations,
• Perform invoice/data controls in SAP, and related systems, and take necessary actions to correct incorrect, incomplete, or failed billing records,
• Manage cancellation, refund, and correction invoices, as well as collection-invoice matching, current account, and reconciliation processes,
• Manage and ensure the timely resolution of invoice requests and service tickets received from customers and internal teams in line with SLA requirements,
• Manage end-to-end data, invoice, and transaction controls in roaming billing and reconciliation processes,
• Carry out billing, refund, and revenue operations in line with the accounting period closing calendar,
• Prepare periodic and ad hoc operational reports related to billing, revenue, refund, and reconciliation processes,
• Contribute to operational forecasting, reporting, and decision-support activities related to billing and revenue processes,
• Analyze recurring error causes and contribute to process improvement, control mechanism, and automation initiatives.

What we expect

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field,
• Experience in the e-mobility sector is a plus,
• Experience in billing, revenue tracking, reconciliation, or operational processes,
• Proficiency in SAP applications; preferably experienced in billing, collection, and current account processes through SAP,
• Preferably expertise in receivables management, collections, and payment processes,
• Preferably experienced in data/invoice control processes through operational systems,
• Knowledge of E-Invoice, E-Archive, Revenue Administration regulations, and preferably EMRA regulations,
• Advanced Excel skills; competent in working with large data sets, reporting, and generating meaningful insights,
• Strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills,
• Ability to communicate and coordinate effectively with internal teams and stakeholders,
• Strong planning, prioritization, and follow-up skills in SLA-driven and high-volume operational processes,
• Fluency in English preferred.
