Vodanet Systems LLC is seeking a Sales Support Specialist to back our US sales operations, communicating with customers via phone, email and live chat in English and Spanish, and assisting with orders, quotations, and product availability.

You will support lead follow-ups, order processing, and CRM updates while developing the role toward broader sales responsibilities in a dynamic, international team environment.

Qualifications

• Fluent/advanced proficiency in English; Spanish is a plus.
• 1+ year of experience in sales support or customer-facing role.
• Experience with CRM systems and order processing.

Responsibilities

• Support the sales team through the customer and order management process.
• Communicate with customers via phone, email, and live chat in English.
• Respond to inbound inquiries and assist with product and order questions.
• Identify and qualify potential leads through research, inbound inquiries, and outbound communication.
• Conduct follow-up calls and emails with prospects and existing customers.
• Maintain CRM records and support US market engagement.
