Natural Clinic is a leading medical tourism company with over 10 years of experience in plastic surgeries, dental treatments, and hair transplants. The team delivers personalized care to international patients, ensuring a seamless journey from inquiry to post-treatment support.

The company seeks an International Sales Specialist / Senior Sales Specialist to join the team, bringing fluency in multiple languages and experience in medical tourism to drive new leads and convert them into patients.

Qualifications

• Fluency in one of the listed languages: English, French, Spanish, German, Italian, Serbian, Portuguese, Russian and Romanian.
• Bachelor’s Degree, preferably in Business Administration, Public Relations, Healthcare, or any related field.
• Experience in medical tourism companies is required.

Responsibilities

• Reach out to leads to introduce our offers and convince them.
• Address patients' concerns by actively listening, empathizing, and offering relevant information.
• Maintain accurate records of interactions to follow up with leads.
• Ensure a positive patient experience, and resolve any issues.
