Job summary

Randstad Türkiye is seeking a Banking Finance Legal Manager to lead end-to-end structured finance and intercompany financing projects for a major metals mining group. The ideal candidate holds a law degree with 8+ PQE in Banking & Finance, has M&A exposure in mining/energy/logistics, and is fluent in English with strong drafting and negotiation skills for complex agreements.

Qualifications

• Law degree from an accredited university.
• 8+ years PQE in Banking and Finance law.
• Active role in M&A projects within mining, energy, or logistics.
• Fluent in English; additional language preferred.
• Strong drafting, reviewing, and negotiating of complex English agreements.
• Deep understanding of commercial/operational dynamics of large-scale industrial projects.

• Managing end-to-end processes of structured finance projects.
• Managing the legal operations of short-term loans and intercompany financing processes.
• Drafting, reviewing, negotiating, and tracking all loan and security documentation, including general credit agreements related to loan transactions.
• Providing strong legal support to M&A, Tax, and Project Finance (PF) teams during mergers and acquisitions.
• Researching law firms to obtain external legal support for projects, requesting and analyzing proposals, and organizing the processes in coordination with specialized lawyers.
• Tracking general agreements and ensuring internal legal coordination within the team.

qualifications

• Holding a law degree from a university.
• Having at least 8 years of post-qualification experience (PQE) in Banking and Finance law.
• Having taken an active role in M&A (Mergers and Acquisitions) projects within the mining, energy, or logistics sectors.
• Fluency in both written and spoken English (knowledge of an additional language is preferred).
• Possessing strong experience in drafting, reviewing, and negotiating complex agreements in English.
• Demonstrating a deep understanding of the commercial and operational dynamics of large-scale industrial projects.
• Having a high level of focus, strong interpersonal skills, and excellent communication abilities, with a proven track record of successfully managing multiple projects simultaneously in a dynamic environment.
