Responsibilities

• Oversee bakery production and ensure compliance with recipes and specs.
• Prepare mise en place and dispatch according to standards.

• Conduct trainings and audits to ensure skills and standards.
• Coordinate production planning for timely delivery of bakery items.
• Ensure consistency in product quality and brand standards.
• Maintain HACCP and hygiene throughout production.
