Job summary

Desk Lab is seeking a strategic Digital Marketing Manager to own our end-to-end marketing program across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok and more. You will plan budgets, oversee campaigns, content, and brand presence to drive demand and growth.

You will lead a marketing team, manage external partners, and collaborate with Product, Sales and Leadership to align initiatives with business goals. A strong track record in B2B tech marketing and data-driven decision making is essential.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in digital marketing, leading initiatives and projects
• Experience in B2B technology or related tech industries preferred
• Hands-on with Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, TikTok Ads and similar platforms
• Proven ability in performance marketing, lead gen, conversion optimization, ROI measurement
• Strong analytics mindset and ability to translate data into strategy
• Experience with influencer/partnership marketing and brand collaboration

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the digital marketing strategy aligned with business goals
• Plan, budget, and optimize campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok and other channels
• Drive lead generation and growth through data-driven marketing tactics
• Lead and mentor the marketing team; coordinate with agencies, freelancers and partners
• Strengthen brand positioning through social media and cross-channel campaigns
• Oversee content strategy for website, blog, email and communications
• Develop influencer and partnership marketing initiatives to boost reach
• Define KPIs, evaluate campaigns, and provide strategic insights to leadership
• Collaborate with Product, Sales, BD, and Leadership on marketing initiatives
• Monitor market trends and analytics to identify growth opportunities
• Cultivate a data-driven marketing culture through analytics and market insights
