TEI - TUSAŞ Motor Sanayii A.Ş. in Eskişehir seeks a Quality Assurance professional to strengthen our aerospace QA programs. You will participate in planning, implementing, maintaining and improving the Quality Management System, and coordinate internal, supplier, and regulatory audits.

Ideal candidates hold a B.Sc. in engineering, familiarity with AS9100/ISO9001, and strong communication. You will be part of a team that drives data-driven decisions, continuous learning, and a collaborative

Qualificações

• Bachelor level engineering degree in relevant fields.
• Knowledge of AS9100/ISO9001 quality systems.
• Ability to interpret technical drawings and specs.
• Strong English communication.
• Willing to reside in Eskişehir or relocate.
• Experience auditing AS9100 environments.
• Knowledge of civil aviation regulations is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Plan, implement, maintain and improve QMS.

What Do We Expect From You?

• B.Sc. degree in Mechanical/Aerospace/Aeronautical/Mechatronic/Metallurgy and Materials Engineering.
• Knowledge of quality management systems (AS9100, ISO9001, etc.).
• Technical drawing and specification interpretation skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office applications,
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English,
• Strong team player with a collaborative mindset,
• Ability to effectively manage stakeholders through strong communication skills,
• Goal and result oriented working discipline,
• A mindset that supports continuous learning and personal development,
• Ability to quickly adapt to changing conditions with high emotional resilience,
• Strong data-driven, analytical, and objective decision-making skills,
• Currently residing in Eskişehir or willing to relocate.

Desired Qualifications:

• Knowledge of civil aviation regulations (Part21, SHY-21, etc.).
• Auditor experience in auditing a AS9100 environment.
• Training of AS13100 Requirements.
• Knowledge of design and development processes
• Knowledge of special processes.
• Knowledge of safety management systems.
• Experience related to Nadcap accreditation.
• Experience related to the civil aviation product type certification or organisation approvals.
• Knowledge of the use of AS9145 APQP/PPAP and zero defect manufacturing.

• Participate in the planning, implementation, maintenance and improvement of the Quality Management System.
• Coordinate/Participate regulatory, third party and customer audits.
• Conducting both internal and supplier audits in accordance with program.
• Assisting teams on quality improvement and relevant tools (PDCA, Root cause analysis, 8D, etc.).
• Provide trainings for quality management system implementation through the company.
• Support and ensure effective follow-up of audit activities Root Cause and Corrective Action.
