• Proven track record as a Supplier Development Engineer in automotive.
• Fluent Turkish and English (spoken and written).
• Solid understanding of APQP/PPAP processes and supplier quality standards.
• Able to start ASAP for onsite work.

Responsabilidades

• Ensure full process and product release for service buy components from external suppliers.
• Drive PPAP evaluation and approval, including sample approvals at the plant.
• Participate in technical meetings with R&D and external suppliers to align on requirements and resolve risks.
• Identify bottlenecks, implement root-cause solutions, and escalate issues when needed.
