Job summary

Koç Finansman A.S., part of Koç Group, invites candidates for the Corporate Credit Allocation Supervisor role to join our team. You will evaluate credit applications, prepare credit files for the Credit Committee, and drive process improvements with an emphasis on automation.

The ideal candidate has 4–6 years in commercial credit, strong MS Excel skills, data-driven mindset, good English (B2), and the ability to lead change and collaborate across functions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field; Master’s preferred
• 4–6 years experience in commercial credit assessment/allocation within Banking/Finance
• Knowledge of heavy commercial vehicle, fleet vehicle financing, and vehicle leasing markets
• Expertise in balance sheet and financial analysis
• Customer-oriented, innovative, able to lead change and foster collaboration
• Strong problem-solving, decision-making, communication, and presentation skills
• Strong negotiation, persuasion, and influencing skills
• Ability to take ownership and initiative
• Advanced MS Office, especially Excel
• Data-driven approach to work
• Experience using and interpreting KKB and Memzuç data
• Budgeting and project plan tracking skills
• Willingness to work with agile methodologies
• Good command of English (min. B2)

Responsibilities

• Evaluate credit applications within authorization limits and align with company objectives
• Assess and allocate customer credit applications considering targets, risk and portfolio growth
• Prepare and present credit files to Credit Committee/senior approval authority
• Provide recommendations for credit assessment policies and scoring models; participate in system development projects
• Contribute to automation and efficiency in credit processes with cross-team collaboration
• Monitor market/sector developments to inform disbursement policies and early warning systems
• Conduct credit intelligence assessments for high-risk customers and inform Credit Committee
