Roles and Responsibilities:
- Evaluate credit applications within the scope of authorization limits in a way that delivers results aligned with company objectives,
- Assess and allocate customer credit applications in line with expected targets, taking into consideration credit volume targets as well as existing and potential risks, thereby contributing to the growth of the company’s credit portfolio,
- Prepare and present relevant credit files to the Credit Committee/senior approval authority,
- Provide recommendations for the development of credit assessment and portfolio management policies as well as credit rating/scoring models, and take part in related system development projects,
- Contribute to the execution of corporate credit processes with maximum automation, high quality, and efficiency by working in coordination with relevant Teams on process improvement initiatives,
- Closely monitor market and sector developments to provide input for credit disbursement policies, proactively identify measures required to prevent granted loans from becoming problematic, and contribute to the establishment of early warning systems,
- Conduct up-to-date credit intelligence assessments for customers experiencing payment difficulties or high-risk customers with assigned limits, work in coordination with Sales & Marketing and Risk Monitoring units, and inform the Credit Committee accordingly.
Qualifications:
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree, preferably with a Master’s degree in a relevant field (Business Administration/Economics/Engineering/Econometrics or equivalent),
- Minimum 4-6 years experience in commercial credit assessment/allocation within the Banking or Finance sector,
- Knowledge of the heavy commercial vehicle, fleet vehicle financing, and vehicle leasing markets, with experience in assessing related credit applications,
- Expertise in balance sheet and financial analysis,
- Customer-oriented, innovative, able to lead change and foster collaboration,
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making, communication, and presentation skills,
- Strong negotiation, persuasion, and influencing skills,
- Able to take ownership and initiative,
- Advanced proficiency in MS Office applications, particularly MS Excel,
- Data-driven approach to work,
- Experience in using and interpreting KKB and Memzuç data,
- Strong budgeting and business/project plan tracking skills,
- Willingness to work with agile methodologies,
- Good command of English (min. B2 level) .
