Job summary

Randstad Türkiye is seeking a Relationship Specialist / Assistant Manager for our banking industry partner in corporate banking. You will support relationship managers, deepen client relationships, and help deliver funding and financial solutions.

The role requires strong financial analysis, communication in English and Turkish, and ability to manage multiple projects while coordinating with Legal, Compliance, and Credit teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; master degree is a plus.
• 2–5 years of corporate banking experience.
• Strong knowledge of corporate banking, credits, financial analysis and related products.
• Excellent financial analysis and report writing skills.
• Strong coordination and communication with professionals from diverse backgrounds.
• Ability to work independently and in a team; manage multiple projects.
• Fluent English and Turkish (verbal and written).
• MS Office proficiency (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Capital market activities license preferred.
• No military service obligation for male candidates.

Responsibilities

• Assist Relationship Managers in handling routine servicing for corporate customers, and support relationship building.
• Provide insights on Bank products/services and drive bank initiatives; improve client service levels.
• Assist in risk analysis for prospective and existing corporate clients and in daily tasks.
• Prepare credit proposals, loan documentation and regular reviews.
• Coordinate loan implementation, profitability calculations and liaise with Legal, Compliance and Credit teams.
• Ensure legal documentation/contracts are signed and collaterals approved prior to utilization.
• Monitor financial markets and client-related events; evaluate financial information.
• Assist in providing documents for account opening and KYC requirements.
• Ensure transactions comply with regulatory framework and Bank policies.

We are looking for a "Relationship Specialist / Assistant Manager" for our business partner operating in the banking industry.

Job Description

• Working with Relationship Managers to assist handling all routine servicing needs of corporate customers,
• Focusing on relationship building and networking with existing and prospective clients by understanding their existing & future funding / financial needs and providing insights of the Bank’s products & services, working to provide accurate information of the Bank’s products & services to clients and drive the Bank’s initiatives; and consistently improving the level of service to clients,
• Supporting the Relationship Managers in conducting risk analysis on prospective and existing Corporate Clients and in daily work,
• Preparing credit proposals, loan documentation and regular credit reviews,
• Coordinating loan implementation and execution, including profitability calculation and interactions with Legal, Compliance, Credit and the various stakeholders,
• Before utilization of the established credit limits, ensuring that all the legal documentation, the necessary contracts properly signed have been received by the Bank and all the collaterals approved in the Credit Limit Approval Form of the client are in place,
• Having knowledge and understanding of financial markets and economic environment,
• Being responsible for monitoring and evaluating current events, valuation and other financial information on the clients,
• Working with Relationship Managers in providing the relevant documents for account opening purposes and for KYC,
• Ensuring that all transactions comply with applicable regulatory framework/guidelines and the Bank's policies and procedures,
• Strictly complying with the Bank’s code of conduct, business and ethical rules,
• Performing any additional duties requested by the Department Heads/Relationship Managers and/or the Senior Management of the Bank.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree from a reputable university, master degree is a plus,
• A demonstrated background in a similar position within corporate banking area for 2-5 years,
• Strong knowledge of corporate banking, credits, financial analysis and other financial products,
• Having outstanding financial analysis and report writing skills,
• Effective coordination and communication skills to interact with professionals of different cultural backgrounds,
• Ability to work independently and must be able to work effectively In a team environment,
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously,
• Excellent verbal and written English and Turkish skills,
• Excellent knowledge on MS Office applications,
• Having capital market activities license,
