Job summary

GRGBanking seeks an experienced technical support professional to assist banks with ATM issues, pilot tests, and upgrades. You will travel for on-site service, support field operations, and help maintain spare parts and documentation.

You will collaborate with sales and managers to prepare technical tenders, train customers, and generate monthly performance reports. A background in electronics or mechanical fields is valued, with strong English skills and proactive communication.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Electronics Engineering or Mechanical Engineering.
• Minimum 3 years working experience in technical support or customer service.
• Ability to communicate in English and write all the technical documents.
• Adept at repairing or guiding partners and customers to solve technical problems.
• Demonstrated ability to manage projects and spare-parts warehouse.
• Willingness to self-learn and learn how to repair new products.
• Good communication skills and ability to train or demonstrate products/solutions to customers.
• Proficient with computer hardware operations and office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, PPT); familiar with mechanisms, electronics and optics.
• Outgoing and proactive, with strong teamwork and interpersonal skills.
• Residing on the Asian side of Istanbul.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support to banks to solve ATM problems and manage pilot tests or technical upgrade projects; travel to other cities for on-site support if necessary.
• Provide field service for local customers and process service requests.
• Assist sales and country managers to prepare technical tender documents and help with spare parts lists, working instructions and technical bulletins.
• Assist in Spare Parts Warehouse management including purchase planning and warehouse audits.
• Manage and address customer complaints or new requirements, and provide customer education or technician training when needed.
• Report to HQ on GRG local ATM running data analysis, collect competitor information and submit monthly reports.
