Job summary

GTech is seeking a Senior Software Developer to join our Financial Technologies / Retail Loans & Core Banking teams (CRM, Deposit, Accounting). The role focuses on technical design, software development, and contributing to banking solution development in an international context.

You will work with core banking modules and participate in business analysis activities. We welcome candidates with strong Java expertise, a customer-oriented mindset, and the ability to coordinate international teams.

Qualifications

• Graduated from relevant departments of universities.
• Experience working with core banking modules such as Customer, Accounting, Loans, and related banking modules is preferred.
• To have developed projects for similar product family within banks.
• Experienced in Java Technologies.
• Team player.
• Customer oriented and smiling.
• Solution oriented and creative thinking ability.
• Analytical thinker.
• Fluent in English in both verbal and written.
• Experience working on international projects or with international teams
• Effectively coordinating international relations.
