Job summary

Aon plc in Istanbul seeks an Associate Account Executive for the Commercial Risk Solutions Department. You will implement and manage risk programs for corporate clients, coordinating with internal teams and insurance partners to ensure seamless service and successful outcomes.

You will drive sales activities, develop new business opportunities, and nurture client relationships while supporting cross-functional collaboration across the organization.

Qualifications

• Experience in non-life insurance and handling corporate clients.
• Strong ability to understand corporate customers’ expectations.
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills are essential.
• Proficient in MS Office applications.
• Hardworking, accurate, result oriented professional.
• No travel disability is required for this role.

Responsibilities

• Implement and manage commercial risk programs for corporate clients and handle related issues such as advice, claims administration, and operations monitoring.
• Coordinate between clients and internal Aon units, and work with insurance companies.
• Execute sales and marketing activities for Commercial Risk Solutions products.
• Create business opportunities, acquire client portfolios and manage client relations.
• Take an active role in business development and sales acquisitions.
• Ensure coordination of business processes with Insurance Companies.

What The Day Will Look Like

• Implementing and managing commercial risk programs for corporate clients; dealing with all resulting issues including advice, claims administration and operations monitoring
• Maintaining the coordination in between Clients and internal Aon Units, together with the Insurance Companies
• Execution of sales and marketing activities of the Commercial Risk Solutions products
• Creating business opportunities, acquiring a portfolio of clients and managing relations
• Taking an active role in business development and sales acquisitions
• Ensuring coordination of business processes with Insurance Companies
