Job summary

Allianz Türkiye is seeking a skilled recruitment professional to support end-to-end talent acquisition across the organisation. You will work with business units to define roles, update competency profiles, and drive efficient hiring through candidate platforms and tracking systems.

The role requires strong English, stakeholder management, and a pro-active, data-driven approach to optimize recruitment processes and projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a related field.
• Knowledge and experience in Human Resources or closely related areas.
• Sales recruiting and mass recruiting is a plus.
• Excellent command of English, with the ability to communicate professionally in both written and spoken.
• Result-oriented mindset with a proactive approach, taking end-to-end ownership of tasks to ensure their successful completion.
• Strong stakeholder management skills, capable of building trust-based relationships with teams at all levels and fostering effective collaborations.
• Following AI and digital technologies; willingness to develop processes with a focus on automation, innovation, and efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Support talent acquisition processes to ensure timely identification and hiring of top candidates.
• Collaborate with business units to update job descriptions and competency profiles for open positions, initiating the recruitment cycle.
• Monitor and utilize relevant career platforms and candidate tracking applications effectively.
• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes (candidate screening, interview scheduling, inventory applications, reference checks, interview evaluations) in close coordination with the team.
• Contribute to the development and enhancement of recruitment processes and strategies.
• Play an active role in strategic projects, providing valuable insights and support.
• Regularly update and report on process and candidate data, sharing data-driven insights to optimize decision-making.
