Job summary

Swarovski is seeking an Assistant Store Manager in Turkey to lead a high-performing team in delivering exceptional customer experiences and achieving sales targets. You will act as a role model, coach staff, and ensure smooth store operations in a fast-paced luxury retail environment.

You will foster a positive team culture, drive results, and collaborate with store leadership to meet monthly plans while upholding Swarovski’s standards of service and brand experience.

About the Job

• Act as a role model, delivering outstanding customer service and brand experience

• Step in for the Store Manager as needed

About You

• 1–2 years of experience in a multicultural retail environment, in luxury fashion, cosmetics, or lifestyle brands

• Some leadership and coaching experience

• A winning personality to easilyestablisha trustful relationship and empower others

• Excellent customer service skills and digitalproficiency

• Responsible and able to take ownership

• Curious, empathetic, and results-driven team player with a commercial mindset
