Wyndham Hotels & Resorts EMEA Türkiye is seeking a Manager, Architecture, Design & Construction to lead new hotel developments, conversions, and refurbishments across Türkiye.

You will advise owners, franchisees, consultants, and internal teams, ensuring brand standards and superior guest experiences while expanding our presence in Türkiye.

We are looking for a Manager, Architecture, Design & Construction, Türkiye to lead the successful delivery of new hotel developments, conversions, and refurbishment projects across one of the most dynamic hospitality markets in the region.

In this role, you will act as a trusted advisor to owners, franchisees, consultants, and internal stakeholders, ensuring that every project aligns with our brand standards while delivering exceptional guest experiences. You will oversee a diverse portfolio of hotel developments, influence critical business decisions, and play a key role in expanding and strengthening our presence across Türkiye.

What you’ll be doing

• Manage a portfolio of up to 30 hotel projects at various stages of development and construction.
• Review and approve architectural plans, site assessments, and development proposals.
• Guide owners and franchise partners through the implementation of brand standards.
• Conduct design reviews, site visits, mock-up inspections, and final project sign-offs.
• Monitor project progress through Salesforce and provide regular stakeholder updates.
• Develop and manage Technical Services Agreements (TSAs) to support project delivery and generate added value for the business.
• Review conceptual designs, facilities programs, and construction documentation.
• Ensure compliance with brand standards across new-build, conversion, and renovation projects.
• Recommend design enhancements that improve guest satisfaction, operational efficiency, and market competitiveness.
• Contribute to the ongoing development and evolution of design and construction standards.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with franchisees, owners, consultants, and management companies.
• Partner closely with Development, Operations, Brand, Marketing, and Legal teams.
• Act as a trusted advisor, balancing business needs with brand protection.
• Support hotel openings by overseeing key technical and compliance requirements.
• Review project schedules, specifications, budgets, and conversion scopes.
• Evaluate fire life safety, risk management, and insurance compliance requirements.
• Ensure operational readiness and quality standards are achieved before opening.
• Lead and develop an in-country AD&C Specialist.

Your background

• Degree in Architecture or a related construction, design, or engineering discipline.
• Significant post-qualification experience within architecture, construction, hospitality development, or project management.
• Experience working on hospitality, commercial, mixed-use, or large-scale development projects.
• Proven success managing design and construction projects from concept through completion.
• Fluency in both Turkish and English.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office and CAD software (AutoCAD or similar).
• Experience reviewing technical drawings, specifications, and construction documentation.

The following would be advantageous:

• Postgraduate qualification in Project Management, Construction Management, or Business Administration.
• Hospitality sector experience with hotel brands, operators, developers, or consultancy firms.
• Conceptual design and sketching capabilities.
