Job summary

Joinimagine in Turkey is seeking a Procurement Specialist to execute tactical buying for low-value items, negotiate with suppliers, and ensure service levels are met. You will support procurement automation, analyze requests, and manage supplier onboarding in alignment with internal processes and compliance, while communicating in English and collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Ideal candidates bring 3–5 years of experience in procurement, familiarity with SAP Ariba, and a proactive

Qualifications

Bachelor's or Master's in business, economics, finance, procurement or legal.
General procurement experience in mid-sized or large organizations.
Basic experience in supplier selection, negotiation and contracting.

Responsibilities

Execute tactical sourcing within defined thresholds and participate in RFx events.
Coordinate supplier onboarding and approval in line with internal controls.
Support automation initiatives to broaden catalog coverage and process efficiency.
Analyze requests and influence demand through specifications and analytics.
Communicate with stakeholders across functions to ensure compliance.
