Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in business, economics or finance.
• 3–5 years of professional finance/accounting experience.
• Knowledge of accounting procedures, invoicing, AR/AP, and banking.
• Experience in import operations and foreign currency transactions.
• Budgeting, cash flow management, and financial reporting knowledge.
• Advanced MS Office skills, especially Excel.
• Experience with Logo, Mikro, Netsis ERP.
• Fluency in English.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily accounting operations, including invoicing and financial recordkeeping.
• Monitor accounts receivable, accounts payable, bank transactions, and payment collections.
• Prepare cash flow forecasts and monitor financial obligations.
• Track import-related costs, foreign currency transactions, and exchange rate differences.
• Conduct product and service cost analyses and prepare profitability reports.
• Monitor company expenses and identify opportunities for cost reduction and operational improvement.
• Coordinate purchasing activities, supplier relationships, and procurement processes.
• Support human resources administration and general administrative operations.
• Work closely with external accounting and tax advisors to ensure accurate and timely financial processes.
• Prepare regular financial and operational reports for management.
• Provide financial insights and recommendations to improve the company's efficiency, financial performance, and long-term profitability.
