Job summary

Sigmamuhendislik in Istanbul is seeking a Bid and Contract Engineer with a civil engineering or architecture background and at least seven years of field experience. You will manage tender processes, prepare bids with stakeholders, analyze client needs, set pricing strategies, and standardize bid workflows.

Proficiency in AutoCAD and MS Office, excellent English, and strong reporting and time-management skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Graduate of a university Civil Engineering or Architecture program.
• At least 7 years of experience in the field.
• Familiar with the dynamics of the construction industry and keeps up with its developments.
• Experienced in bid, tender, and contract preparation processes.
• Strong negotiation, communication, and representation skills.
• Experienced in project budgeting.
• Proficient in AutoCAD and MS Office.
• Excellent command of English, used actively.
• Strong reporting skills, able to follow up on tasks and work in a disciplined and organized manner
• Able to work dynamically across multiple concurrent assignments.
• Competent in results-oriented work and time management.
• Male candidates preferably having completed their military service.
• Preferably residing on the Anatolian side of Istanbul.
