Qualifikationen

• At least 7 years of experience in the field.
• Familiar with the dynamics of the construction industry and keeps up with its developments.
• Experienced in bid, tender, and contract preparation processes.
• Strong negotiation, communication, and representation skills.
• Experienced in project budgeting.
• Proficient in AutoCAD and MS Office.
• Excellent command of English, used actively.
• Strong reporting skills, able to follow up on tasks and work in a disciplined and organized manner
• Able to work dynamically across multiple concurrent assignments.
• Competent in results-oriented work and time management.
• Male candidates preferably having completed their military service.
• Preferably residing on the Anatolian side of Istanbul.
