Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking an experienced project leader to drive end-to-end customer implementations in the shipping and logistics space. You will bridge sales and operations, ensuring seamless onboarding of new business across geographies and efficient issue resolution.

You will manage complex projects, influence decision-makers, and align cross-functional teams to deliver results while maintaining a strong focus on risk management and data-driven insights.

• Proven experience in project management; large-scale projects with multiple dependencies, risks, and stakeholders
• Confidence in interpersonal skills and relationship building
• Ability to work unsupervised and influence decision-makers in a matrix organization
