BioMar Sagun Türkiye is seeking a Hatchery Technical Sales Specialist to drive growth in the Aegean region. You will visit sea bass, sea bream, and meagre hatcheries, promote BioMar's high-performance feeds, and support customers with technical guidance from pre-sales to post-sales.
The role requires strong communication, English fluency, and a proactive mindset, with driving responsibilities and regional travel as needed.
Qualifications
- Graduate from Fisheries Engineering, Vet, Biology or Animal Science.
- Minimum 3 years in hatchery environments (sea bass, sea bream, meagre).
- For male candidates, military service completed or exempt.
- Fluent English and valid B-class driving license required.
- Resident in Muğla/Aydın or surrounding provinces or able to relocate.
Responsabilités
- Increase market share by conducting market research.
- Visit hatcheries in the Aegean region to position products correctly.
- Monitor feed usage and report data from facilities.
- Prepare and submit market reports to Sales and foreign units.
- Manage feed stock and place orders for next season.
- Support customers in selecting suitable products and explain specs.
- Draft contracts and proposals; negotiate terms to close sales.
- Provide technical field service and post-sale support.
