• Experience in Accounts Payable or finance administration.
• Experience with compliance frameworks and due diligence.
• Strong attention to detail and process orientation.

Responsibilities

• Process supplier invoices and manage outgoing payments.
• Perform bank reconciliations and payment postings.
• Maintain and update supplier master data.
• Monitor finance mailboxes and respond to daily inquiries.
• Support month-end closing activities and finance administration.
• Assist with expense management and payment controls.
• Perform KYC and supplier due diligence.
• Conduct sanctions screening and background checks using compliance systems.
• Create and maintain customer and supplier records.
• Maintain compliance documentation and SharePoint records.
• Support third-party payment reviews and internal controls.
• Respond to internal compliance-related inquiries.
