Job summary

Syngenta Group is seeking a Financial & HR Administrator in Turkey to support accurate financial administration, month-end close, and HR processes across the employee lifecycle. The role includes invoices, payroll changes, onboarding and recruitment coordination, ensuring internal controls and tax compliance.

The ideal candidate will have ERP literacy, strong Excel skills, and knowledge of Turkish labor law, with English and/or Dutch language abilities.

Qualifications

• Experience in financial administration and month-end close processes.
• Strong ERP literacy and ability to navigate Exact or similar systems.
• Good understanding of VAT/tax coding and compliance basics.

Responsibilities

• Maintain general ledger, cost centers, and project allocations in Exact.
• Process invoices, payments, and supplier data; ensure VAT/tax treatment and approvals.
• Prepare and process sales invoices, credit notes, and customer statements.
• Support month-end close and management reporting with accurate data.
