Job summary

Yadea in Turkey is seeking a Sales Support Coordinator to prepare PI contracts and manage related processes in line with international trade practices, while coordinating with finance and banks to assess risks from payment methods.

You will support the Sales Manager by confirming customer orders and coordinating with manufacturing for production and delivery, communicating shipment schedules to customers, and monitoring multiple payment methods with monthly reconciliations.

Responsibilities

• Prepare PI contracts and related processes per international trade practices.
• Control payments and coordinate with finance and banks to assess risk from payment methods.
• Support Sales Manager in confirming customer orders and coordinate with manufacturing for production and delivery.
• Communicate with customers on shipment and delivery schedules.
• Monitor and manage customer payments across DBS, POS, bank transfers and other methods; perform monthly reconciliations.
• Use and monitor the Tahsildar system.
• Provide training and information to new customers on ordering and payment/collection.
• Establish and manage customer order files with complete, orderly documentation.
• Collect product planning information and prepare optimization suggestions for slow-moving stock and inventory clearance.
