Job summary

Manuport Logistics in Istanbul (Ataşehir) is seeking an Air Freight Sales Specialist to drive new business and manage a growing Turkish portfolio. You will leverage your air freight knowledge to build relationships, price services, and close deals with key customers.

The ideal candidate has a university degree and at least three years in air freight sales, with a proven track record in acquiring new clients. English proficiency and strong MS Office skills are required.

PROFILE

• University degree.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in air freight sales, preferably within a freight forwarding or logistics company.
• Proven track record in new customer acquisition and business development within air freight.
• An existing customer portfolio and strong network in the air freight market will be considered a strong advantage.
• Strong knowledge of the air freight market, products, and pricing structure.
• Good command of written and spoken English.
• Good knowledge of MS Office applications.
• Strong sales, negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
• Target-oriented, proactive, and results-driven approach.
• No military obligation for male candidates.
• Position is based at our Istanbul HQ – Allianz Tower, Ataşehir.
