Job summary

Expeditors, a global logistics company, seeks an Air Export Agent to join the operations team. You will process export shipments, handle documentation, data entry and billing, while coordinating with customers and partners worldwide.

You will track shipments, dispatch freight, maintain compliance, and strive for performance improvements. A strong eye for detail, teamwork, and proficiency in MS Office are essential, along with willingness to complete 52 hours of annual training.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Track and trace shipments.
• Prepare and process shipment documentation (house and master air waybills, commercial docs, customs paperwork).
• Accurate data entry into operating system and timely billing.
• Dispatch freight and communicate with customers and offices worldwide.
• Monitor reports and maintain relationships with service providers.
• Maintain compliance with internal policies and external regulations.
• Meet KPIs and seek process improvements.
• Complete 52 hours of annual training (provided by company).
