Job summary

Lever, Inc. is seeking a Lead QA Engineer (AI Native) based in Turkey to own quality in an AI-first product. You’ll design and implement end-to-end testing pipelines, focusing on reliability of critical financial workflows and AI-generated code.

You will work in a small, senior team, performing hands-on automation, defining quality strategy, and collaborating with Engineering and DevOps to embed quality across the lifecycle. Remote, full-time role with strong growth opportunities.

Qualifications

Proven experience designing/testing processes for large, complex products.
Solid software engineering foundation and CI/CD understanding.
Hands-on automated testing and CI/CD integration.
Experience using AI coding agents in development.
Interest in AI-first development and adapting tests to AI-generated code.
Autonomy to own challenges and drive solutions.
Hands-on contributor in a small, senior team.
Strong problem solving and collaboration.
Fluent Russian.

Responsibilities

Design and build end-to-end testing pipeline with pre-merge checks and production gates.
Define quality strategy for AI-generated code and scalable testing coverage.
Build and maintain automated UI tests across browsers and mobile devices.
Evaluate and integrate external testing tools to improve reliability.
Own product reliability with a focus on critical financial workflows.
Collaborate with Engineering and DevOps to embed quality throughout.
Use AI coding agents daily to evolve testing solutions.
Identify quality risks and share practices across the team.
