• Contribute to sprint planning: Refine, plan, and kickoff ceremonies; estimate stories and define implementation details.
• Monitor and respond to production incidents: Proactively watch production systems and own incident response.
• Write robust, well-tested code: Automate and unit-test to cover edge cases and reliability.
• Apply AI across the development lifecycle: Use AI tooling throughout design, development, and testing.
