Qualifications

• 5+ years of production software experience.
• Proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript with complex state modeling.
• Hands-on experience building AI agent harnesses and tool calling.
• Experience with evaluation systems for non-deterministic AI.
• Experience creating and managing reusable npm modules.

Responsibilities

• Build features with focus on reliability, performance, and user satisfaction.
• Design reusable tools and integrations for various model types.
• Develop AI agent harnesses including tool calling and context management.
• Develop evaluation frameworks and testing infrastructure for non-deterministic AI.
• Advance peer-to-peer tech to support local AI and distributed use cases.
• Maintain high-quality codebase with reviews, tests, and modular architecture.
• Design resilient systems handling network failures, timeouts, retries.
