Jobgether SRL is partnering with a company seeking a Product Engineer (AI-Native) based in Turkey. You will own features end-to-end, from identifying problems to shipping production-ready AI-enabled solutions, collaborating with external providers, and guiding integration work with AI agents.

Qualifications

Senior-level engineering experience owning complex production systems end-to-end.

Responsibilities

Own product features end-to-end from problem to production.
Identify what needs to be built without detailed specs.
Collaborate with external partners and define integration requirements.
Work with AI agents to create specifications and ensure quality.
Review AI-generated code and select the best solutions.
Test and validate features, focusing on reliability of financial systems.
Take responsibility for architecture, integrations, deployment, and production readiness.
Contribute to AI-first development processes.
Stay updated with agentic development practices.
