Job summary

LC Waikiki is actively exploring and implementing AI/ML-driven software platforms to accelerate our digital transformation. This role contributes to building scalable Data & AI/ML capabilities, enabling engineers and data scientists to deploy and observe production‑grade AI systems in a hybrid Istanbul office.

You will collaborate across Data Engineering, Data Science, ML Engineering, Software Engineering, Cloud, and Platform teams, shaping the future of our AI infrastructure while adopting

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• 5 years of experience with software development in one or more programming languages.
• 3 years of experience testing, maintaining, or launching software products.
• Experience with software design and architecture.
• Experience developing and operating production‑grade software systems.

Responsibilities

• Optimize performance across the AI/ML platform technical stack through profiling, debugging, and troubleshooting of training and inference workloads.
• Develop tools and software for the Data & AI/ML Platform to deliver an end‑to‑end developer experience.
• Design and build reusable platform capabilities, services, APIs, SDKs, frameworks, and developer tooling for Data and AI/ML workloads.
• Enable engineers and data scientists to efficiently develop, experiment, evaluate, deploy, observe, and operate production‑grade AI/ML systems.
• Design and develop scalable, reliable, and maintainable software and distributed systems supporting AI/ML workloads.
• Collaborate with Data Engineering, Data Science, ML Engineering, Software Engineering, Cloud, and Platform teams to deliver value.
• Identify and resolve performance and scalability bottlenecks across AI/ML workloads and platform services.
• Improve reliability, observability, security, and operational efficiency of the platform.
• Shape the future of the Data & AI/ML Platform by identifying gaps and implementing enhancements.
• Evaluate emerging technologies in AI/ML infrastructure, Generative AI, and distributed systems.
