Job summary

LC Waikiki is hiring a senior software developer to join its Istanbul Giyimkent office as part of the Digital Transformation and IT department. You will work in an Agile team, shaping LC Waikiki’s digital transformation through software solutions and AI-enabled tooling.

The role requires 5+ years in software development, strong C#/.NET skills, and hands-on experience with IAM systems and containerized deployments. A hybrid/onsite setup in Istanbul is offered with growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, Information Systems or related fields.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in software development, architecture and design.
• Strong development and delivery experience with C# and .Net Core framework.
• Experience in AI Tools (Cursor, Github Copilot, Antigravity, Claude Code, Chatgpt, Gemini etc.).
• Preferebly experienced in Identity and Access Management systems (Namely Keycloak and Java).
• Experience in AI Technologies (Agentic Development, LLMs/Foundation Models, Vector DBs, RAG, MCP, A2A, Agent Development Frameworks, GenAI).
• Hands on experience with docker, kubernetes, rancher, elastic stack, redis, kafka, mssql, postgresql, grafana, kibana.
• Hands on experience with at least one cloud provider (AWS, Azure or GCP).
• An Agile mindset and knowledge of Scrum, Kanban Methodologies and the ability to work in a multi-disciplinary team environment.

Responsibilities

• Define, design and develop IT-internal applications, frameworks and shared libraries to standardize and accelerate development.
• Manage & Customize Keycloak IAM System
• Develop Agentic Applications (LCW AI Corporate AI Chat Application, AI Gateway, AI Dev Tools).
• Maintenance & support for existing framework applications and shared libraries.
• R&D and pilot implementation activities for new technologies.
• Collaborate with IT teams and domain architects to collect and confirm requirements.
• Provide guidance to domain architects and other developers.
