Fal.ai Inc. in Istanbul, Turkey (remote, full-time contractor) is seeking a Sales Development Representative to drive growth across Europe, the Middle East and Africa by identifying high-potential prospects and introducing them to Fal’s generative AI platform.

You will engage decision-makers and technical stakeholders through email, calls, and LinkedIn, collaborating with Sales and Marketing to refine messaging and share market insights.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in a customer facing role, especially in fast-moving tech environments such as AI and SaaS.
• Track history or being able to engage with technical stakeholders.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, you are always “on”
• Know how to move fast and iterate
• Familiarity with the latest CRM systems and sales engagement tools
• Bonus: you’re familiar with AI, dev tools, or creative communities and love staying at the edge of what's possible

Responsibilities

• Drive pipeline by prospecting into key accounts via email, calls, and LinkedIn.
• Craft personalized outreach to high-priority leads through research-driven targeting.
• Communicate Fal’s value proposition and act as a brand ambassador.
• Collaborate with Sales and Marketing to refine messaging based on market feedback.
• Stay informed on AI/ML trends to engage in relevant, technical conversations
