Role Summary:

As an AI Governance Consultant, you will design, implement, and oversee the governance framework that ensures our AI software systems meet the highest standards of technical robustness on software quality, data protection and cybersecurity. You will work closely with software engineers, security professionals, data and architecture teams to create scalable AI governance policies and procedures that enhance AI system reliability, maintainability, and security.

Qualifications:

• MSc Degree on Computer Engineering or AI Engineering.
• Hands-on experience with secure AI software development and high performance software system management.
• Understanding of emerging AI software governance trends and industry standards.
• Experience in AI governance, software engineering, software architecture, software application security, or related fields.
• Strong expertise in software development lifecycle (SDLC), CI/CD pipelines, and software engineering best practices.
• Proficiency in software quality management, automated testing, and AI software performance monitoring.
• Solid understanding of secure and high quality software design principles.
• Experience with data governance frameworks and large-scale AI software deployment.
• Familiarity with ML-Ops platforms, software testing tools, and AI performance monitoring solutions.
• Strong analytical skills to assess performance, scalability, and reliability of AI software systems.
• Top-notch communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work cross-functionally with software engineering, security, and data teams.

Job Description:

AI Governance Framework Development

• Design and implement an AI governance structure that ensures reliability, security, and maintainability of AI software systems.
• Establish best practices for AI software development, deployment, monitoring, and version control.
• Define and enforce software quality standards specific to AI-driven applications.

Software Engineering & Technical Robustness

• Ensure AI software systems are integrated securely and efficiently within existing software infrastructures.
• Collaborate with software engineers to align AI software designs with robust software engineering principles.
• Define and implement testing strategies, quality assurance frameworks, and fail-safe mechanisms for AI software systems.
• Implement code quality, performance monitoring, and debugging practices for AI-driven applications.

AI Software Protection

• Coordinate efforts to develop and implement security measures to protect AI software systems against unauthorized access, adversarial manipulation, and vulnerabilities.
• Work with security teams to secure AI software development pipelines and runtime environments.
• Ensure AI software systems comply with industry security frameworks.

Data Governance & System Integration

• Collaborate with data teams to ensure secure and high-quality data pipelines for AI software systems.
• Define data access control, storage, and processing policies to maintain AI software integrity.
• Develop governance guidelines for interoperability between multiple AI software components and enterprise IT systems.
• Ensure safe API interactions, data exchanges, and performance scalability of AI software systems.
