Job summary

Yapı Kredi Technology is seeking a senior professional to establish and optimize the bank's process architecture across domestic and international subsidiaries. • 5+ years of experience in process architecture or related roles.
• Graduation from Industrial/Mathematical/CS/Management engineering or related fields.

Responsibilities

• Establish processes, systems, and standards related to process architecture for the bank and subsidiaries.
• Design and operate the process management structure.
• Maintain up-to-date process documentation infrastructure with policies and principles.
• Measure process effectiveness and enable end-to-end process monitoring.
• Identify, assess, and monitor process risks; guide corrective actions.
• Support information management across the organization and pursue AI-based information management improvements.

Job Description:

• Establish processes, systems, and standards related to the process architecture of our bank and our domestic and international subsidiaries, and ensure that the existing process architecture is enhanced as needed,
• Design and operate the process management structure,
• Ensure the establishment and operation of an infrastructure that keeps circulars, policies, and general principles regarding process documentation up to date,
• Ensure the effectiveness of our Bank’s and our domestic and international subsidiaries’ processes is measured, and ensure the development of a system that enables the continuous monitoring of end-to-end processes,
• Identify, assess, and monitor risks related to processes,
• Inform process management teams about ongoing improvement opportunities and guide them in taking corrective actions,
• Support the development and continuous improvement of information management across the organization,
• Lead the implementation and continuous improvement of AI-based information management and enterprise search solutions to enhance information accessibility and employee productivity,
• Design dashboards to monitor process performance and share them with relevant management to track the updating, improvement, and development of processes.

Qualifications:

• 5+ years experienced,
• Preferably graduated from Industrial Engineering, Mathematical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Management Engineering, MIS, Mathematics, Statistics and related fields of universities,
• Effective and strong communication skills,
• Analytical and creative thinker, result oriented,
• Problem solving skills and innovative perspective,
• A great team player with a proactive approach,
• Strong follow-up and reporting skills,
• Fast learner and curious mindset,
• Excellent presentation skills,
• Excellent proficiency on SQL, MS Office and Power BI,
• Excellent verbal and written skills in English
