We are looking for a Software Engineer to join our NLP team. This role is pivotal in bridging the gap between cutting‑edge AI research and robust, enterprise‑grade financial applications. You will be responsible for architecting, developing, and maintaining the backend systems that power our NLP and Generative AI solutions within a high‑scale banking environment.

Qualifications:

• B.Sc. or M.Sc. degree in Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of professional experience in software design and development, preferably within the Finance or Fintech sector.
• Deep expertise in enterprise Java technologies (Spring Boot, Maven, Hibernate) and strong command of Object‑Oriented Design (OOD).
• Proven experience with Microservices architecture, software design patterns, and scalable system design.
• Proficiency in NoSQL databases such as Couchbase, Redis, or MongoDB, along with traditional relational databases.
• Hands‑on experience with Docker, OpenShift, and CI/CD pipelines. Familiarity with Git, Jira, and Confluence.
• Demonstrated experience in maintaining software security, resolving vulnerabilities, and implementing secure coding practices.
• Python development experience and a solid understanding of ML pipelines (data processing, model serving, and testing).
• Experience in building REST/SOAP web services and frontend development skills in TypeScript/React.
• Familiarity with integrating LLM-based services or vector databases into Java-based backends.
• Advanced experience in Linux/Unix environments.
• Prior experience working in SCRUM/Agile methodologies.

• Build and optimize cloud‑native applications, focusing on low‑latency data processing and high availability for AI‑driven services.
• Enforce enterprise‑level security standards, ensuring that AI‑powered services meet rigorous banking compliance and data protection requirements.
• Orchestrate deployment pipelines using Docker and OpenShift, maintaining a robust MLOps‑aligned software delivery lifecycle.
• Lead software design patterns and object-oriented programming best practices within the team to ensure code quality and maintainability.
