Zen Media is seeking an organized, proactive AI Marketing Operations Specialist to support AI-powered client services. You will manage engagements, lead client communications, and optimize workflows across AI offerings from onboarding to reporting.

The role requires strong English communication, project management skills, and experience with tools like Monday.com, ClickUp, and Asana. Remote work option available, with focus on scalable, high-quality client outcomes.

Qualifications

2–4 years of experience in project coordination, client success, account management, marketing operations, or a related role.

Responsibilities

Manage AI-powered client engagements, including AI Accelerator, Published Monthly, PM Lite, and other AI Visibility services, from onboarding through reporting.
Serve as the primary client contact, leading kickoff meetings, status calls, and ongoing communication.
Prepare AI visibility reports, presentations, and performance updates.
Coordinate timelines, deliverables, and cross-functional teams using Monday.com.
Monitor project progress and proactively resolve workflow issues.
Execute AI visibility campaigns and track AI citation performance.
Leverage AI tools to streamline workflows, documentation, and operational processes.
Maintain SOPs, knowledge bases, and internal documentation.
Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, scalability, and client experience.
