You will thrive in a fast-paced, hands-on environment, shaping automation and prompts, while upholding coding standards and secure practices across the stack.

Qualifications

• Daily use of coding agents to deliver production features.
• Demonstrated ability to plan, implement and test agent-driven changes.
• Strong fundamentals in modern programming languages and security.

Responsibilities

• Plan and implement features using AI agents within a production codebase.
• Review agent-written patches for quality, correctness and security.
• Collaborate with teams to improve prompts, tools and guardrails.
• Maintain high coding standards and robust test coverage.
