Job summary

Efsora, an AI and software company based in İzmir, Türkiye, is seeking a senior B2B growth marketer to build and run marketing with AI agents for a US client. You will own the full marketing cycle from strategy to acquisition, engagement and retention.

This role requires a self-starter who can operate independently, collaborate with the product manager, and lead campaigns across web, email, social, and paid channels while continually refining messaging.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of B2B marketing experience.
• Experience marketing to US audiences.
• Strong writing, messaging and analytical skills.
• Ability to set priorities and deliver with limited direction.
• Excellent written and spoken English.
• Based in İzmir.
• Proven track record of launching and growing a product or marketing function.
• Hands-on experience building and operating AI agents.

Responsibilities

• Define target audiences, positioning, messaging and channel priorities.
• Develop and execute the launch plan, including timelines, budgets and success measures.
• Run digital campaigns across relevant channels, including website, email, social and paid media.
• Create content, landing pages and customer journeys that turn interest into adoption.
• Build and operate AI agents to support campaigns and analysis.
• Collaborate with product team and coordinate US launch events as needed.
