Job summary

Fimple is seeking an Implementation Engineer to join our Fimple Delivery team in Istanbul. You will take part in core banking implementation projects from start to finish, working with clients to tailor the platform to banking products and processes and help them go live successfully.

Qualifications

• Must be currently living in Istanbul, Türkiye.
• Experience in banking operations or core banking implementation.
• Strong knowledge of banking processes and end-to-end core banking workflows.
• Able to read APIs (REST/JSON) and write SQL queries.
• Experience with Agile delivery and tools like Jira or Azure DevOps.
• Excellent communication and client-focused presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Participate in end-to-end core banking implementation projects from requirements to go-live.
• Run workshops with clients to understand banking products and regulatory needs.
• Perform gap analysis between client requirements and platform capabilities.
• Configure banking products on the platform, including accounts, deposits, loans, and payments.
• Use AI-powered tools to speed up analysis, documentation, testing and issue resolution.
• Write functional documents, including requirements, specifications, and process flows.
• Prepare test scenarios and support SIT and UAT with clients.
• Support data migration by mapping legacy data to the platform model.
• Collaborate with product, development and QA teams on changes.
• Train client users and create user guides.
• Analyze and troubleshoot issues during implementation and post go-live.
• Suggest improvements to delivery processes for faster core banking implementations.
