Job summary

Invent.ai is seeking a Delivery Manager to lead end-to-end delivery of inventory and pricing solutions for enterprise clients. You will coordinate with product, engineering, and customer success teams and act as the main contact for client stakeholders.

The role requires strong project and people management, experience in multi-market delivery, and a focus on operational excellence in complex programs. Proficiency with Jira/Asana and SQL/Python is a plus.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in project or program management, preferably in enterprise SaaS or consulting.
• Experience in inventory optimization, demand forecasting, or supply chain planning.
• Background in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or a related quantitative field.
• Strong client-facing delivery across multiple markets; international experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead the successful delivery and implementation of Invent.ai’s inventory and pricing solutions to enterprise clients.
• Serve as the key point of contact for client stakeholders during the delivery phase.
• Manage project scope, timelines, milestones, and resource allocation in alignment with Invent’s delivery methodology.
• Ensure high-quality delivery in line with Invent.ai standards and processes.
• Collaborate with internal teams to align technical delivery with client needs.
• Lead, coach, and develop cross-functional delivery teams.
• Anticipate and manage project risks and dependencies, ensuring proactive communication and resolution.
• Ensure client satisfaction and long-term relationship building through consistent, value-driven delivery.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of delivery processes and internal tools.
