Job summary

Zoomlion Türkiye is seeking an Accounting Supervisor to join our team on the European side of Istanbul, preferably Büyükçekmece. The role focuses on accurate accounting records, VAT and tax declarations, and asset management in a manufacturing setting.

Ideal candidate has 10+ years in similar roles, strong English, SAP FI expertise, and efficient MS Office skills to support compliance and reporting requirements.

Qualifications

• Graduated from relevant university departments.
• Has at least 10 years of experience in similar positions.
• Speaks good level of English.
• Proficient in SAP FI module.
• Proficient in Cost Accounting.
• Familiar with VAT return processes and regulations.
• Able to use MS Office programs well.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accounting records in compliance with laws and regulations.
• Prepare VAT, Summary, GEKAP, Stamp, Temporary and Corporate Tax declarations.
• Carry out VAT Refund processes.
• Perform Fixed Asset and Depreciation controls.
• Conduct periodization and exchange rate evaluations.
• Prepare data for CPAs and external audits.
• Produce TCMB and TUİK reports.

Job Description

• To ensure that accounting records are kept completely, timely and accurately in accordance with the law and legislation.
• To prepare VAT, Summary, GEKAP, Stamp, Temporary and Corporate Tax declarations.
• To carry out VAT Refund processes.
• To perform Fixed Asset and Depreciation controls.
• To perform Periodization and Exchange Rate Evaluations.
• To perform e-ledger submissions.
• To prepare data for Certified Public Accountants, Independent Audits.
• To prepare TCMB and TUİK reports.

Qualifications

• Graduated from relevant departments of universities,
• Worked in accounting departments of manufacturing companies,
• Has at least 10 years of experience in similar positions,
• Speaks good level of English,
• Proficient in SAP FI module,
• Proficient in Cost Accounting,
• Proficient in legal regulations and VAT Return processes,
• Able to use MS Office programs well,
• Prone to teamwork, strong communication skills, able to use time efficiently,
• Have a Class B driver's license and can actively drive,
• Have completed military service for male candidates,
• Residing in Istanbul (Anatolian side) or Kocaeli regions.
