Qualifications

Rönesans Industrial Facilities is seeking a highly motivated Business Process Excellence & Continuous Improvement Manager to join its headquarters in Istanbul and contribute to the development and optimization of business processes across the organization.

What We Expect from You?

• A strong academic record from a well-recognized institution, holding a Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Management Information Systems, Economics, or a related field.
• MBA or MSc degree is considered an asset.
• Minimum 8 years of relevant professional experience in management consulting, business transformation, process excellence, digital transformation, construction, industrial facilities, utilities, or other large-scale corporate environments.
• Proven experience in project management, business analysis, business process design and improvement, change management, digital transformation, operating models, and process optimization.
• Experience with SAP and/or enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems is preferred.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, critical thinking, and strategic thinking capabilities.
• Ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously in a collaborative and results-oriented environment.
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and presentation skills, with the ability to translate complex concepts into actionable business solutions.
• Adaptability, agility, self-motivation, and a continuous learning mindset.
• Openness to feedback and commitment to professional development.
• Willingness to travel when required.
• Full professional proficiency in written and spoken English.

What You'll Do?

• Lead the analysis, design, standardization, governance, documentation, and continuous improvement of end-to-end business processes across the organization.
• Define enterprise-wide business needs, identify operational challenges, and develop sustainable improvement opportunities aligned with organizational objectives.
• Design and enhance business processes to support digital transformation, operational excellence, regulatory compliance, and organizational effectiveness.
• Drive process optimization through workflow simplification, elimination of non-value-added activities, automation opportunities, and digital enablement initiatives.
• Facilitate and coordinate cross-functional process improvement programs, ensuring stakeholder alignment, effective execution, and sustainable implementation.
• Collaborate closely with business units and operational teams to understand business requirements, conduct business analysis activities, and develop practical improvement solutions.
• Conduct process assessments, workshops, benchmarking studies, and operational excellence reviews to identify best practices and optimization opportunities.
• Establish and maintain process management standards, methodologies, frameworks, templates, documentation practices, and governance mechanisms.
• Apply and promote Continuous Improvement methodologies such as Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen, and structured problem-solving techniques where appropriate.
• Develop and maintain performance management frameworks, including KPIs, metrics, dashboards, and reporting mechanisms to monitor process effectiveness and improvement outcomes.
• Analyze business and operational data, transforming insights into actionable recommendations that support data-driven decision-making and performance improvement.
• Define business and data requirements and support reporting automation, process enhancement, and digital transformation initiatives.
• Perform impact assessments, cost-benefit analyses, business case development, and risk evaluations for transformation and improvement projects.
• Ensure process designs incorporate governance, compliance, internal control, and risk management requirements.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with executives, business leaders, and key stakeholders to drive alignment and consensus across initiatives.
• Support successful project delivery through effective coordination, stakeholder engagement, and execution excellence.
• Prepare and manage executive-level reporting, presentations, and performance reviews for senior management.
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement through change management, training, knowledge sharing, awareness programs, and collaboration across business functions and operating units.
