Job description

The Accounting Officer is responsible for preparing purchase and sales invoices through the system, reviewing delivery notes and related accounting documents and preparing them for the recording process, supporting the accurate and compliant execution of daily accounting operations, managing document tracking, filing and archiving processes, and providing operational support to the Accounting Specialist when required.

Responsibilities

• Preparing purchase and sales invoices through the system in compliance with applicable legislation
  
• Reviewing delivery notes and supporting documents related to invoices
  
• Preparing and organizing accounting documents prior to registration
  
• Providing operational support to the Accounting Specialist in daily accounting processes
  
• Ensuring proper filing, archiving, and document organization
• Providing operational support in accounting records and reporting processes when necessary
  

Must Have

• Graduate of at least a Vocational High School (Commerce) or an Associate Degree program
  
• 0–1 years of experience in the field of accounting
  
• Experienced in preparing, reviewing, and tracking purchase and sales invoices
  
• Knowledgeable about accounting documents such as delivery notes, expense vouchers, and similar documentation processes
  
• Familiar with basic accounting principles and bookkeeping logic
• Proficient in MS Office applications, particularly Excel
• Detail-oriented, well-organized, and strong in operational follow-up
• Responsible, disciplined, and capable of working in alignment with work plans and as part of a team
  

Nice to have

• Experience working with LUCA accounting software
  
• Experience using ERP systems (preferably Odoo)
  
• Experience working in environments with high invoice and document volume
  
• Strong habits in organization, control, and follow-up within accounting processes
