Job summary

Lastik Burada is seeking an experienced Accounting Manager to own end-to-end accounting, ensure timely month- and year-end closings, and coordinate audits. The role combines hands-on operations with leadership of the accounting team.

You will oversee Turkish tax compliance, statutory reporting under Turkish standards, and IFRS reporting, while driving process improvements and ERP enhancements alongside Finance, Tax, and Payroll teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting/finance or related field required.
• CPA (SMMM) qualification required.
• Experience leading an accounting team and close processes.
• Strong knowledge of Turkish tax laws and statutory reporting.
• IFRS knowledge and audit coordination experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end accounting operations.
• Oversee month-end and year-end closings.
• Prepare statutory financial statements and support IFRS reporting.
• Ensure Turkish tax compliance and statutory filings.
• Coordinate external audits and tax audits.
• Lead and develop the accounting team while involved in daily ops.
• Produce regular financial reports for management.
