Job summary

Everllence Servis ve Ticaret Ltd. Şti. in Turkey seeks an up-and-coming accounting professional to join the finance team.

You will handle daily accounting entries, process invoices, and support month-end closings and reconciliations. This is an opportunity for growth in accounting, reporting, and compliance within a global engineering group. The role requires strong attention to detail, basic IFRS knowledge, and good English.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business or accounting related field.
• 0-3 years of accounting or financial reporting experience; fresh graduates welcome.
• Basic knowledge of accounting principles, financial statements, and tax processes.
• Familiarity with SAP and MS Office applications, especially Excel.
• Good written and spoken English; strong willingness to learn.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily accounting entries and operations, including processing invoices and other financial documents.
• Support month-end and year-end closing activities and maintain accurate records.
• Assist with bank payments and related reconciliations.
• Support reconciliations for customers, vendors, and bank accounts.
• Assist in preparing financial reports and reporting packages for management and headquarters.
• Support internal and external audit activities by providing required documentation.
• Maintain fixed asset records and support inventory and accounting controls.
• Assist IFRS reporting and other statutory reporting when applicable.
• Review entries for compliance with policies, controls, and local regulations.

Your Tasks

• Perform daily accounting entries and operations, including processing sales and purchase invoices, expense claims, and other financial documents
• Support month-end and year-end closing activities and maintain accurate accounting records.
• Assist with bank payment processes and related reconciliations.
• Support customer, vendor, and bank account reconciliations.
• Assist in the preparation of financial reports and reporting packages required by management and headquarters.
• Support internal and external audit activities by providing required documentation and information.
• Maintain fixed asset records and support inventory and accounting controls.
• Support IFRS reporting, inflation accounting, and other statutory reporting requirements when applicable.
• Review accounting entries and supporting documents for compliance with company policies, internal controls, local regulations, and the Everllence Code of Conduct.
• Maintain proper filing and archiving of financial and accounting documentation.

Who You Are

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• 0-3 years of experience in accounting, financial reporting, audit, or controlling. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Basic knowledge of accounting principles, financial statements, and tax processes.
• Familiarity with SAP and MS Office applications, especially Excel.
• Good command of written and spoken English.
• Strong willingness to learn and develop within finance and accounting functions.
• Good analytical and organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Effective communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Structured and responsible approach to work, with a strong focus on accuracy and compliance.
