Job summary

Qualifications

• University degree in a technical field.
• Minimum 3 years in service, sales, or after-sales roles.
• Experience with customer relationship management and coordination.
• Proficient in English, written and spoken.
• Strong MS Office skills and problem-solving mindset.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate customer service requests and coordinate with technical teams.
• Prepare, submit, and track quotations and orders in SAP and other systems.
• Plan service operations and coordinate field teams across departments.
• Maintain documentation, invoicing, and reporting in SAP.
• Maintain ongoing technical and commercial communication with customers.
• Monitor customer satisfaction, warranties, and non-conformities.
• Develop long-term service agreements and sustainable customer relationships.
• Conduct customer visits and contribute to increasing service orders.
• Prepare market and competitor analyses and support business development.
