Job summary

Jadir Consulting seeks a detail-oriented Accountant to accurately manage and record daily financial operations in compliance with Turkish regulations. The role requires proficiency in Turkish and Arabic, and experience with Tek Düzen Hesap Planı.

You will handle tax filings (KDV, Muhtasar, Geçici Vergi, Kurumlar Vergisi), reconcile accounts, prepare budgets, and manage e-invoices and ledgers in Turkish ERP systems such as Logo, Luca, or Micro. Strong Excel skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Economics, Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of practical accounting experience in Turkey.
• Strong knowledge of Turkish financial/tax system and Tek Düzen Hesap Planı.
• Fluent written and spoken Turkish (Advanced/Professional), with native or professional Arabic.

Responsibilities

• Process and record daily accounting transactions and journal entries.
• Coordinate local tax filings (KDV, Muhtasar, Geçici Vergi, Kurumlar Vergisi).
• Monitor customer and vendor accounts; perform reconciliations.
• Prepare budgets and cash flow statements; perform bank reconciliations.
• Manage e-documents (e-Fatura, e-Arşiv, e-İrsaliye) and financial records.
• Produce periodic financial reports and year-end statements.

Job Purpose: Accurately manage and record daily financial and accounting operations in compliance with Turkish Financial Regulations (Tek Düzen Hesap Planı) and local tax laws, ensuring precise financial reporting, tax compliance, and seamless cross-lingual accounting operations in Arabic and Turkish.

Key Responsibilities: Process and record daily accounting transactions and journal entries following the Turkish Uniform Chart of Accounts. Prepare and coordinate local tax filings (e.g., KDV, Muhtasar, Geçici Vergi, Kurumlar Vergisi) with the Financial Advisor (Mali Müşavir). Monitor customer and vendor accounts, receivables, payables, and conduct regular account reconciliations. Prepare operational budgets, cash flow statements, and perform bank reconciliations. Manage and archive e-documents (e-Fatura, e-Arşiv, e-İrsaliye) and financial records in full compliance with Turkish law. Generate periodic financial reports and prepare year-end financial statements for management. Ensure strict adherence to corporate financial policies and statutory Turkish financial regulations.

Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Economics, Accounting, Finance, or a related field. Minimum 3 years of practical accounting experience within companies operating in Turkey. In-depth knowledge of the Turkish financial/tax system and the Uniform Chart of Accounts (Tek Düzen Hesap Planı). Full fluency in written and spoken Turkish (Advanced/Professional level), alongside native or professional Arabic. Proficiency in Turkish ERP/accounting software (e.g., Logo, Luca, Micro) and advanced Excel capabilities.
